Refund policy

YVR FASHION PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

• Cancellations will be considered only if requested on the same day of placing the order within 12Hrs of placing the Order.
• NO return | NO Exchange
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within the same day of receipt.
• If product is not as shown on site, report within the same day for review.
• Manufacturer warranty issues must be taken up with them directly.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 6-8 business days.
